ALTIAN Development LLC

ALTIAN Development LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company that bought almost 900 acres of the Starpointe Business Park in Washington County from the county's economic development council in late 2024. The Observer-Reporter reported that business records show it shares a business address with Alex E. Paris Contracting's headquarters in Atlasburg, and the records we read don't say who owns it. Prime Data Centers is under contract to buy about 155 acres from ALTIAN in Hanover Township for a seven-building data center campus with a gas power plant, which is now before the township supervisors.
