Saadia Holdings
A data center developer and investor based in New York City, according to WFMJ and the New Castle News; the Athens County Independent calls it Saadia Holding LLC. In 2026 it bid for the former McGinness Airport property in Columbia Borough, Lancaster County, which the borough council denied in May, and in July it made inquiries about a roughly 300 acre site in Athens County, Ohio that it doesn't own. No source we opened names its owners or officers.
