PNK Group
PNK Group is an international industrial real estate developer founded in 2004, and a 2022 broker's announcement said it had a portfolio of 39 industrial parks and was building warehouses in Europe and the United States. It bought about 166 acres at the Great Stream Commons industrial park in Allenwood, Union County, in 2022, and its subsidiary PNK P2 LLC built a 478,000 square foot warehouse there that has stood empty. PNK now wants to turn that building into a data center and add more buildings later, and the Gregg Township supervisors closed hearings on its curative amendment and conditional use applications in September 2026 and set a vote for October 27.
