Pennsylvania Glacial Till, LLC
Pennsylvania Glacial Till, LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company that owns and mines a quarry of about 520 acres on Caughbaugh Road in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County, next to the Lehigh River, and its attorney told supervisors the property has been mined for 30 years. At the company's request, supervisors adopted a data center overlay for the quarry, Ordinance No. 580, by a 4 to 1 vote in December 2025, and neighbors and the Stoddartsville Association are challenging it before the Zoning Hearing Board as spot zoning. No outside data center developer or tenant has been named.
