Nebius

Nebius Group N.V. is an Amsterdam-based AI cloud company whose shares trade on Nasdaq, and it lists Microsoft and Meta among its long-term contract customers. In May 2026 it announced a planned AI campus of up to 1.2 gigawatts at Highridge Business Park in Butler Township, Schuylkill County, after buying 358 acres there from NorthPoint Development, and it says it will design, build, own and operate the campus, with a first 260 megawatt phase expected by October 2027. Butler Township expanded its data center overlay district for the project in August 2026, and the land development plan still needs township approval.

Nebius said in May 2026 that its contracted power had passed 3.5 gigawatts, including a 1.2 gigawatt AI factory in Independence, Missouri, and a 310 megawatt site in Finland, and it expects 800 megawatts to 1 gigawatt of connected power by the end of 2026.
