Nadara
Nadara is an independent power producer formed in July 2024 by combining Ventient Energy and Renantis. It reported 4.2 GW of installed wind, solar, biomass and storage capacity across more than 200 assets in Europe and the U.S. and an 18 GW development pipeline. A 2023 Energy Central report said both predecessor companies were backed by J.P. Morgan's Infrastructure Investment Fund; no source we found states Nadara's current ownership, and nothing shows that fund is financing this project.
