DT Allen Contracting (DTA Alliance)
DT Allen Contracting is a New Jersey company that owns DTA Alliance LLC, owner of the Alliance Sand Quarry at 415 Golf Road near Palmerton, and its affiliate Murphy's Meadow LLC, which has about 368 acres under contract including the Blue Shamrock Golf Course, according to the Times News. On September 1, 2026 the two LLCs filed a validity challenge and curative amendment with Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County, seeking to allow a 14-building data center campus on about 700 acres, and on October 6 they filed a second curative amendment in Bowmanstown Borough for a 375,000 square foot building on 55 acres. The township hearing has been pushed to mid-December 2026 at the applicants' request. Public records we found say little else about DT Allen Contracting itself.
