Cornell Realty Management LLC
Cornell Realty Management LLC is a Brooklyn, New York, company that bought land off Business Route 6 and Wildcat Road in Archbald, Lackawanna County, and applied to build the Wildcat Ridge data center campus there, with 14 buildings and 588 diesel backup generators on more than 500 acres. Archbald Borough Council unanimously denied its conditional use application on October 21, 2026, after nine hearings, and the company can appeal to the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. The public records we found say little else about the company.
