Breaker Street Associates LLC
Breaker Street Associates LLC is a limited liability company with a West Conshohocken address that applied in June 2025 to build data center buildings up to 130 feet tall, about 1.1 million square feet in all, on 131 acres on the south side of Breaker Street in Jessup Borough, Lackawanna County. Jessup's Zoning Hearing Board unanimously denied the zoning relief it sought, and the company has filed a land use appeal and a mandamus action against the borough in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Public records we found don't identify who owns it.
