Pre-existing Bitfarms PA presence acquired 2024. Bitfarms announced the Sharon site in June 2024, assumed control in 2024, and acquired the 17-acre Clark Street parcels on October 31, 2025 for $6 million. The company rebranded as Keel Infrastructure in February 2026 and is shifting the site from Bitcoin mining toward AI workloads. In late July 2026 the Sharon zoning board approved the 110 MW expansion with noise and water-use conditions.
